Appendix provides a record of all emails sent from store to store users and the administrators. Each message can be viewed in the admin store.
For insight we have the following options:

• type of message you send
• subject of the message
• date to send a message
• name of sender (name and surname)
• email of the person sending the message

In the detailed view you can also read the contents of the sent message.
